About The Boilers Society
The Boilers Society is a a long-standing and welcoming gay men’s social club in Melbourne, proudly formed by gay men in 1959.
Today, we’re open to all members of the LGBTIQ+ community and their friends. While many of our members are mature-aged, we enthusiastically welcome guys of all ages to join our diverse and friendly family.

Where We Meet
Our main clubrooms are in South Melbourne. This is where our monthly socials take place.
We also explore various other exciting venues around Melbourne for functions, including local
restaurants, hotels, and unique spots.
Membership
Open to all LGBTIQ+ community members and “LGBTIQ+ friendly” adults. We foster an inclusive environment for everyone.
